Thara Infotech Refund Policy

Effective Date: 24th October 2024

1. Eligibility for Refund:

When you use the Thara infotech, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Refunds will only be provided if Thara Infotech is unable to provide online classes for a continuous period exceeding 15 days due to issues on our end.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the service disruption.

2.Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Non-Usage: Refunds will not be issued if the client chooses not to use the service or fails to utilize the service after purchase.

  • Technical Limitations: If the client is unable to use the service due to lack of technical knowledge, insufficient system requirements, or failure to follow setup instructions, no refund will be provided.

3.Processing Refunds:

  • Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the client's original payment method.

  • The refund will be credited within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval.

4.Changes to the Refund Policy:

  • Thara Infotech reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our official channels.
